Business 3 – Another beautiful property sales and lettings company. Excellent and growing net profits from a turnover of £1.3M and a massive 2015-2016 sales pipeline already in place. Superb long-standing management team in place, structured to minimise the need for owner-input. Offices in two major cities, over 1100 properties under lettings management. Significant investment has been made in the last two years to prepare the business for the growth that is currently being experienced and that is accelerating as 2015 progresses. Asking £1.5M.
Financially, these are high-performing businesses but they key to their success, and their sellability, is that in each case the owners have taken a simple business concept and applied solid, consistent principles to create and sustain growth.
